b. ‘You’ means the person enquiring and/or booking services supplied by theDJ Limited.

Any changes to the policy shall be effective with immediate effect.
3. The website shows the services offered by theDJ Limited. By using the website you agree to this privacy policy. This privacy policy and our terms & conditions of business shall be the sole terms that govern the contract between you and us.

• Occasion (reason for your event)

• Music start and finish times
• The approximate number of guests
• How you found out about our website
• Music ideas to get you on the dance floor

This information is transmitted from our website as an e-mail so that we can contact about our DJ services. This information may be stored in both paper and electronic formats for a period of up to six years. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information by not entering the data.
5. If you decide to book our DJ services (we hope you do!) then we collect the following information:

• Partner’s name (if applicable and we haven’t already received it).

7. As part of our services we offer to take song requests. Song requests can either be sent to us using our online request system, e-mail or via telephone conversation. Our online request system also records your first name(s) and the date of your wedding.
Song requests are either stored securely on our website, electronically (e-mail or document) or on paper records. We will keep this information for up to six years.
8. We may use any information gathered from you for the following reasons:
• To contact you with regard to our services.
• To confirm your booking with one of our DJ team.
• Internal record keeping.
• Accounting
9. We use Google Analytics software to monitor web traffic to our website. The Google Analytics software collects data anonymously and reports information to us without revealing users’ identities.
10. We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we collect online.
